What Traveljin is

Traveljin publishes travel guides and compares travel offers from partner companies. We are not a travel agent, airline or tour operator, and we don't sell travel ourselves.

Bookings are with our partners

When you choose a flight, tour or other offer, you are sent to a partner's website, or to our flight results page provided by our affiliate network, and you book directly with the airline, travel agency or tour company. Your contract is with that company, and its terms, prices, payment, changes and refund rules apply.

If something goes wrong with a booking, contact the company you booked with. We are happy to help you find the right contact, but we can't change or cancel bookings.

Prices and availability

Prices and availability come from our partners and can change at any time, including between our page and the partner's checkout. The price shown on the partner's site when you book is the one that applies.

Our guides are for information

We work hard to keep our guides accurate and up to date, but travel information changes, and we can't promise that everything is complete or current. Before you travel, check important details such as entry and visa rules, health requirements, opening times and event dates with official sources, the airline or the operator.

Some links on Traveljin are affiliate links: if you book after clicking them, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. Our partners and advertising disclosure page explains this in full.

Using our content

The text, design and logo of Traveljin belong to us. You may read, share links to and print pages for personal use. Please don't copy or republish our guides, or use them to train or feed automated systems that republish them, without our written permission. Photos are from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the site: for example by trying to break its security, overloading it with automated requests, or using it for anything unlawful.

Liability

We provide Traveljin free of charge and "as is". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information on the site, by partner websites, or by bookings you make with partners. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
